On top of that, every published horse is published for everyone: whatever you find, dozens of other buyers found it the same morning.
The traditional way into the unlisted market is connections. You need the right trainer, the right agent, the right phone numbers gathered over years — or you pay someone who has them. A buyer without that network is effectively locked out of a large share of the horses that would actually suit them, no matter how diligently they search.
Exclusive offers open that door from the other side. You describe the horse you're looking for once, and your request becomes visible to sellers whose unlisted horses match it. Interested sellers come to you: their horses appear in your dashboard marked as exclusive, above the other matches, with the seller's direct contacts attached. Instead of competing with the crowd on public listings, you're receiving offers no one else is browsing.
How to use it
It starts with a request. In the mobile app, open the "Buy the horse" section and describe your requirements in the "Find a horse" form; on the web, the same request is created from the homepage search form. After submitting, you land on your dashboard with your request details — make sure the "Exclusive" source is selected there, since that's the channel these offers arrive through.
Once your request is approved by the administrator, sellers whose horses match your requirements are notified about it. Whether to offer you their horse is their decision — the chance is higher for a Premium request — and Private matching means these are horses you wouldn't have found in any public search. When a seller makes an offer, the horse appears on your dashboard above the other matched horses: immediately for Premium requests, or within 24 hours for Free ones. You receive a notification, and the horse card arrives wearing an "Exclusive" badge.
From there it's a direct conversation. Tap the card to see the full details — photos, videos, and the seller's direct contacts. You can reach the seller by phone, by email, or through the internal HORSES.SALE messaging, and discuss terms, viewings, and everything else between the two of you. The platform's job was the introduction; the deal itself stays yours.
